Pistachio Salad


Shown dusted with ground cinnamon and topped with a maraschino cherry.

1  20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1  15 ounce can fruit cocktail with juice
1  package pistachio instant pudding

Mix above ingredients well in a large bowl, let stand one hour.

Add:
2  cups miniature marshmallows (white or colored, colored looks nicer)
1  8 ounce frozen non-dairy whipped topping
Fold into pudding mixture.

1/2  to 1 cup chopped nuts may be added.

Refrigerate, then serve.
